What this job involves.
This is an incredible opportunity to join our prominent Property & Asset Management team as our Director – Office & Industrial, reporting to our Executive Director, Asset Management.
Joining JLL means you join one of the largest commercial real estate services firms globally, offering opportunities to work on significant projects and with major clients.
The role involves proactive engagement with key stakeholders including our Executive team, clients, tenants, other JLL business lines and you'll work with existing and prospective clients to grow and retain all management appointments, achieving superior client satisfaction results.
You'll provide the best level of service, regular communication including expert and informed advice, whilst being a quality leader for the business and a supportive mentor to your team of Property Managers.
Key Responsibilities include.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing all renewals.
Work collaboratively to introduce new services and drive growth.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor and support a team of Property Managers in their day-to-day duties.
At every opportunity, create, nurture, role model and sustain a winning culture, centered on JLL core values.
Conducting and overseeing research on office and industrial real estate market trends, preparing reports, and providing insights to clients and team members.
Overseeing complex office and industrial property transactions, including leases, sales, and acquisitions.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all transactions and operations.
Working with other JLL departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Represent JLL at industry events and other stakeholder engagements.
Support and promote JLL's ESG and DE&I initiatives.
Staying informed about technological advancements and industry innovations that could enhance or impact the office and industrial real estate sectors.
