Job Advert Role Description:
Priory Hospital East Midlands is a 28-bedded specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care service for female patients.
We offer individualised care packages and specialise in managing behaviours that lead to distress, supported by a strong team of psychologists and occupational therapists.

Sapphire Ward: A 10-bedded psychiatric intensive care unit for females of working age, proficient in nursing patients in severe phases of mental health illness, integrating current best practices to promote recovery.

Quartz Ward: A 9-bedded acute service providing treatment for females of working age, acting as an extension to NHS care pathways during fluctuating capacity and flow.

We seek to appoint a highly-motivated Consultant Psychiatrist to complement our existing medical workforce.
The successful candidate will cover the 10-bedded Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), with support from an experienced Specialty Doctor.
The site accepts admissions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
