About the Role As New Car Sales Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the new car department.
From motivating a team to hitting ambitious sales targets, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our operations.
With the support of our General Sales Manager and leadership team, you'll help drive Downtown Toyota's success to new heights.
What You'll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver remarkable customer experiences.Manage inventory effectively, keeping profitability and market trends front of mind.Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to differentiate Downtown Toyota in the market.Drive showroom success through pricing, promotions, and impactful sales campaigns.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Mentor and develop your team to cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.Uphold Toyota's standards and embody Downtown Toyota's commitment to excellence and integrity.What You'll Bring A proven track record in automotive sales (experience in Toyota is a bonus but not required).Ambition to step into a leadership role and drive outstanding team performance.Exceptional team management and mentorship skills.Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A customer-first mindset, ensuring memorable experiences for every interaction.About Downtown Toyota We're not just a dealership – we're an experience.
