Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, our Global Sales Manager, based in Sydney, will spearhead Nookie's global wholesale, partnerships, and e-commerce initiatives.
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional to combine their passion for fashion with their ability to acquire new business and grow existing markets through multiple channels.

About the role As Global Sales Manager, you will drive significant growth across e-commerce and wholesale channels.
You'll lead strategies to boost online sales and optimize customer experience while overseeing key partnerships and expanding our global wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities Global Wholesale & Partnerships Lead efforts to expand and dramatically grow our wholesale business in key markets globally.Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale strategy that includes managing in-house sales efforts and coordinating with agencies as needed.Foster and manage major wholesale partnerships, ensuring strategic product placement and long-term relationships.Create and oversee partnerships for off-price and old inventory sales, maximizing value while maintaining brand integrity.Efficient management of off-price inventory sales and partnerships.E-commerce Management Dramatically increase online sales and conversions through effective strategy and execution.Oversee digital agency activities including SEO and SEM to drive traffic, optimize the online experience, and maximize customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to continuously enhance the online journey for improved user engagement and conversion.Utilize data-driven insights to fine-tune e-commerce strategies and ensure exceptional performance across all digital channels.Ideal Candidate Proven experience in both e-commerce and wholesale sales within the fashion industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop comprehensive sales plans across diverse markets and channels.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively across teams.A passion for fashion and an understanding of global market trends.Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter by 4 November 2024.
