There is a genuine option for succession and equity opportunities for the right person.The RoleWe are seeking an Adviser or Associate Adviser to manage an existing client book and to develop referral networks and bring on new clients.There would be a transition period of working with our Senior Financial Advisers in terms of our processes and existing clients.We will consider Advisers who are finishing their Professional Year (PY) to those with more experience. Consideration would be given to the right applicant wishing to commence their PY or transition from other roles/degrees.Providing high quality advice with good people is our priority.You will be supported by Client Relationship Managers who handle administrative tasks. You will be required to compile strategy and modelling for your clients and also for other advisers at times. Teamwork and strong communication skills are therefore crucial to your success.The role is based in our Tamworth NSW office, with some travel required.We have found that working from home is not effective for this role in our business. In order to maximise effectiveness, teamwork and communication within our team, the office is our preferred work environment.Who are youYou will be driven to succeed, an excellent communicator both verbal and written.You will be passionate about the advice industry and helping clients achieve their goals.You will be tech savvy, or quick to learn and able to follow process.You will be a qualified financial adviser, or studying and ready to commence your PY.
