Operational Risk Analyst

Supporting the leadership team to deliver Auto & General's risk management strategy, as our new Operational Risk Analyst Fraud & Investigations, you will be providing insight, analysis & recommendations to protect the organisational resources and business strategy.
You will:
Advise and lead the development, implementation and ongoing review, testing and assurance for A&G's Business Continuity Framework, including reviewing and analysing business impact assessments and assisting in the development of recovery plans.Improve internal risk controls, detection and response capabilities.Act as an internal subject matter expert in providing risk and compliance advice, expertise and education as well as coordinating and facilitating the delivery of specific training and development initiatives.Perform risk assessments for data protection, supplier management and risk management programs and ensure Risk Assessments are in place for the Department that you are responsible for.Monitor the management incidents, audit actions and treatment plans including managing the response to regulator requests and regulatory change.What experience you'll bring:
Experience working within a similar position & within the financial services industry preferable.Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment.Ability to build and sustain effective relationships both internally and externally along with strong negotiation and influencing ability.Analytical and problem-solving skills.About us:
