ABOUT THE ROLE:Various locations across the Adelaide regionFull Time Opportunities availableWeekday and weekend shifts availableSSIA 2020 Award ratesBaseline or higher National Defence Clearance highly regarded.Wilson Security is expanding its Defence footprint in Adelaide, securing additional sites that strengthen our presence in the Whole of state.
This growth has created new roles within our Defence Adelaide team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer the opportunity to work in response, administrative and emergency management roles with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety riskIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to local stakeholders and FacilitiesManaging contractor inductionsResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Ability to gain and maintain a Commonwealth clearancePrevious experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid SA Security LicenseNational NVI or Baseline clearance will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
