Guided by our mission to consistently average 450+ temporary workers per week and achieve 1 million billable hours annually by 1st July 2028, we are committed to placing 500 professionals into their dream roles each year, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.Our core values drive everything we do:Communication: We maintain a straight line of open and honest communication.Loyalty & Respect: We foster mutual loyalty and respect among our team, clients, and employees.High Performers: We embrace a can-do attitude and achieve what we promise.Supportive: We offer a supportive and welcoming community; we are family.Service: We always go the extra mile.Innovative: We continuously innovate and improve.Trustworthy: We are reliable and love to help.Leadership: We demonstrate extreme ownership.Role Summary:Position: Talent ResourcerLocation: Surry Hills, Sydney, 2010Type: Full TimeSalary: Up to $40 per hour plus superannuationPerks: Competitive hourly rate, great career progression opportunities to account management, ongoing training and development, flexible start times, early finish on Fridays, team bonding activities, WFH, reward events, annual trip away, Monthly wellness activities, paid gym membership and Performance psychology sessions.Key Responsibilities:Actively search and identify potential candidates for blue-collar roles in the Civil and Infrastructure sector through various channels.Supporting the Senior Account Manager with any active roles.Conduct initial phone interviews and face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates.Perform thorough reference checks and manage the onboarding process, including verifying visa status, tickets, and qualifications.Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates, feedback, and support.Handle incoming calls and emails, manage the recruitment team's email inboxes, and assist with other administrative tasks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Good understanding of the construction industry.Proficient in IT, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Results driven and proactive.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Genuine interest in a career in recruitment.Strong work ethic and organisational skills.Good values, including loyalty, trustworthiness, and caring.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in a recruitment role, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.Previous experience in an administrative role, handling responsibilities such as managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting team operations.Application Process:If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you Apply using the link or contact Marlee at ******.
