Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian looking for a new and exciting position?Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Allied Health team on a part-time basis, 22 hours per week. We are seeking applicants with flexibility to work across the 7 days of the week to meet the needs of the roster, including rostered shifts, planned leave cover, and emergent leave cover. Our hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary teams servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. This role provides the opportunity to experience a varied caseload across general medical, ICU, cardiac, and a world-class bariatric program.About usEstablished in 2016, Gold Coast Private Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 340-bed facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct in Southport.With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.Gold Coast Private Hospital is committed to continual growth, providing exciting opportunities and professional career pathways in healthcare.As a Dietitian your responsibilities will include:Providing evidence-based nutritional assessment and management of patientsDemonstrating sound clinical reasoning and best practice dietary prescriptionContributing to the multidisciplinary care of our patientsInvolvement with both inpatient and outpatient servicesMinimum Requirements:Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)Current member of Dietitian Association of AustraliaAcute hospital experienceExceptional time management and communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to work within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to ongoing education and the provision of evidence-based practiceAuthority to Work in AustraliaWhy Healthscope?
