What's on offer?

We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our Wellsford (Bendigo) site.
If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a significant impact on our Maintenance Department.

The Role
Working closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager and production team, you will:
Work on various manufacturing equipment Implement safety management practices Manage a maintenance budget Perform both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtime Experience with computer-based maintenance programs is highly regarded.
You will have
A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation Experience with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programs Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Guardian, and D365 programs preferred Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams Current valid drivers licence and forklift license (HRW) BI boiler license preferred but not essential How to apply
