About the Role As our VP of People Operations, APAC, you will lead the vision and strategy to elevate our employee experience and strengthen our unique company culture throughout the APAC region.
At Pax8, we put people first, and you'll be at the helm of ensuring our workforce feels valued, supported, and set up for success.
You'll also scale our People Operations to match the dynamic growth of our global team while keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion at the core of everything we do.
This is a hands-on, transformative role where you'll shape the future of HR at Pax8 across APAC.
You'll be part of a global team, collaborating with leaders, guiding organizational development, and ensuring we remain compliant in all our markets.

What You'll Do Every Day Strategic Leadership (20%): Design and execute the long-term vision for Pax8's People Operations in APAC, aligning with our global goals and ensuring the team delivers results that make a difference. Team Leadership (20%): Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team, fostering growth and removing barriers to success. HR Operations (20%): Manage HR operations, workforce planning, and budgeting, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery. Employee Experience (15%): Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being, ensuring a positive journey from recruitment to retirement. Collaboration (10%): Work closely with leadership to ensure our strategies put employees first and reflect our values. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (5%): Champion DEI initiatives to create a workplace where everyone can thrive. HR Technology & Innovation (5%): Leverage technology to streamline processes and make data-driven HR decisions. Mergers & Acquisitions (5%): Lead HR due diligence and employee integration for acquisitions and market expansions. What We're Looking For Proven success in driving and managing global People Operations strategies. A leader who inspires with compassion, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on the employee experience. Strong knowledge of labor regulations in APAC markets and experience managing HR compliance. Experience in high-growth environments, including mergers and acquisitions. Passion for DEI and social impact initiatives. Success Looks Like This in 6-12 Months Within 90 days: You'll have a strong understanding of our People Operations in APAC and start driving improvements in employee engagement and HR operations. Within 6 months: You'll have successfully scaled key HR initiatives, integrating new employees seamlessly and enhancing our company culture across APAC. Within 12 months: You'll have led HR strategy execution that ensures Pax8 remains a top employer in the region, driving retention, engagement, and operational excellence. Why You'll Love It Here
