Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics - 2/2 roster or 2/1 rosterThroughout Australia, Wild Desert remains one of the leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations, and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry.
We currently have approximately 60 team members across our maintenance and trades teams working across Queensland and South Australia.
As we have grown, we are seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join the Wild Desert team.
Full-time positions on either 2/2 or 2/1 roster working across all operations.
This position will focus on repairing and maintaining our various trucks, including but not limited to rigid trucks and prime movers.
This will also include responding to emergency callouts and breakdowns.
This will be a DIDO role based in Roma.
Mandatory Requirements Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical TechnologyHR Drivers licence (Desired but not essential)Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screen)2 years post-trade experience working with a focus on heavy vehiclesOperate in compliance with the NHVAS schemeWe are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and driven people who are committed to providing quality service to actively contribute to the growth of Wild Desert.
