We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourage people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply.Our Head office is located in Kings Park in the North-West of Sydney with branch offices located in other states around Australia.Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking a Trade qualified Fitter or Machinist or equivalent from similar Trade background who enjoys the diversity of hands-on role of Service and aftermarket sales to start as the Service Sales WA at our Malaga branch, WA.Reporting to the Service Manager, the responsibilities will be:Researching and developing new Customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regionsMeeting service targets and budgets.
Developing realistic annual budgets in consultation with the Service & Branch ManagersPreparing service contract proposals to identified clientsDeveloping long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirementsPersuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliveryNegotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both Customer and company needsProducing customer quotations and following up on on-going and upcoming workProviding technical & other assistance to service clientsPreparing necessary reports for management and customersMeeting regular service sales targets and coordinating service projectsProviding training and producing support material for other members of the service teamMaking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets Customer needsLiaising with other members of the service team and other technical expertsQualificationsThe PersonFitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent from similar trade background i.e.
