Job Description Identify and secure new clients within the VIC and TAS regions, focusing on freight forwarding and logistics services.Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue in your territories.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and continued growth.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions that meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.Provide regular sales updates and pipeline forecasts to senior management.Lead contract negotiations and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.The Successful Applicant Proven track record in business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of the Victoria and Tasmania markets and key industries within the regions.Exceptional skills in solution-based selling, negotiation, and closing deals.Strong client relationship management abilities, with a customer-focused approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.What's on Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.A supportive and collaborative company culture that encourages professional growth.The opportunity to work for a leading logistics provider with a strong market presence.Career progression pathways and ongoing training opportunities.
