Purpose As Senior Product Developer, you will be responsible for a category of the development process while working closely with Product Technician and Designers to bring Witchery products to life.
You will be responsible for the design brief back to the vendor and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
Actively troubleshoot with stakeholders when technical issues may arise, presenting options and solutions aligned to the brand/Group objectives.
You will lead a team of 4 Product Developers to build capability, technique, and skill to meet business needs.
Please note, this is a fixed term 12 month parental leave opportunity. Key Accountabilities Lead a team of Product DevelopersDeliver quality product at or exceeding cost targets and executing to design aesthetic in line with the critical pathAdhere to critical path timelines and alert key stakeholders to any potential issues or delaysWork with mills and vendors on new yarn developments in line with the needs of the businessConsistently communicate with factories to ensure go-to-market calendar is managed on-time and delivery is of high qualityLiaise with brand stakeholders and seek consistency where appropriate between Product Development & SourcingDrive costing process with suppliers and deliver viable cost solutions to internal partnersDeliver results and make a positive impact on the brand and peopleKey Capabilities Bachelor of Fashion/Textiles or equivalent tertiary design qualificationPrevious Senior Product Technician experience in apparelFabric knowledge and garment construction is requiredExposure to Adobe suite and PLM highly regardedAbility to lead and drive teamsExceptional time management skillsDetail oriented & accountable to deliverablesWhy work for CRG?
