See how at www.cognizant.com or @cognizant.The Role:Cognizant is seeking ServiceNow professionals that are experienced in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units.
To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:Lead and guide the team.Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.Review project documents for quality assurance.Interact and consult with clients.Lead the team in project design and documentation from start to finish.Compile requirements and solutions to offer to our customers.Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions.Provide input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.Support implementation programs for complex enterprise-scale solutions.Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.Create technology-related artifacts that our service delivery team utilizes as a client deliverable.
Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.Support pre-sales activities including scoping, compilation of estimates, and contribution to statement of work documents.Be a key contributor to marketing activities including webinars, social media posts, blogs, and white papers.To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:Expert certification (preferred).5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.Experience with complex implementations and transformations.Experience working in an enterprise setting.Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.Recent experience with platform components such as flow designer, NOW Experience, Service Portal, ATF, and Integration Hub.Ability to identify and resolve client's needs and anticipate future problems.Ability to lead, guide, and govern effectively.Ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms.Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational).You'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise, and flexibility.
