This role is an incredible step forward for anyone who wants to drive real change through D&I programs and partnerships.As the D&I Partnerships Consultant, you'll work at the forefront of our D&I strategy, designing impactful initiatives, engaging employees, and building partnerships that advance our commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping a workplace where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is woven into everything we do. This is a permanent full-time position based at either our Sydney or Melbourne offices.In this role, you will:Design and implement D&I programs that foster an inclusive culture, including training sessions and awareness programs for employees at all levels.Create communication strategies to promote D&I initiatives, develop engaging content, and run campaigns that celebrate diversity across Snowy Hydro.Establish and maintain relationships with external organisations that align with our D&I goals, collaborating on initiatives and events that enhance inclusion within our workplace.Collect, analyse, and interpret D&I metrics to inform our strategy, prepare reports on D&I progress, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.What we're looking for:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Diversity & Inclusion or equivalent experience.Proven experience in developing and managing D&I partnerships and programs.A solid understanding of D&I principles, best practices, and emerging trends.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex D&I concepts to various audiences.Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to shape strategy and measure program success.This is an exceptional chance to build a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
