The Theranostics Lead will be responsible for:
Overseeing the preparation, testing, and dispatch of radiopharmaceutical doses, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of doses.Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.Managing all aspects of customer service contracts and client relations, ensuring clear communication and regular updates to clinical trial coordinators.Supporting the development and continuous improvement of theranostics production processes and facilities.Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards.Contributing to market planning, advertising, sales promotion, and merchandising in the theranostics market.Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Nuclear Medicine, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in theranostics product manufacturing, quality control, or related field.Strong leadership experience in managing teams or projects.Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), radiopharmaceutical preparation, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional customer service.Preferred Criteria At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in theranostics.Experience with staff training and process improvement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
