Facility Manager - NFP Aged Care Organisation
Seeking an experienced leader with strong clinical and management skills NFP aged care facility located in the Wollongong area Excellent salary package on offer We seek an enthusiastic Facility Manager to join a well-run aged care facility. This position is with an established, reputable aged care organisation known for supporting and developing its staff.
The Facility Manager will efficiently and effectively manage all resident care and well-being. You will demonstrate and lead a person-centered approach to celebrating and supporting old age, in collaboration with the clinical team. You will ensure effective documentation of care and service, meeting legal requirements and maximising financial outcomes.
