Are you passionate about sustainable construction and looking to work with a leading high-end construction team?
We are currently partnering with a family-run business who have been in the Rammed Earth industry for over 30 years.
Collaborating with top designers, architects, and contractors in the industry, they operate both large-scale commercial and retail projects.
We are looking for an experienced concreter to play a crucial role in a high-end residential project.
This role is an ongoing contract role - temp to perm will be presented to the right candidate - based in Bondi.
Start Date : 13th January
Responsibilities include: Perform concrete and formwork tasks, demonstrating exceptional expertise and attention to detail.Effectively interpret and implement architectural plans, ensuring accurate execution of the construction process.Create and maintain product schedules and safety protocols to ensure deadlines are met, and the safety of the site is kept to industry standards and regulations.Communicate effectively with the project manager to provide updates on project progress.SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Experience in concrete and/or formwork is essential.Experience in residential concrete formwork is desired but not essential.Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans.Experience in rammed earth construction is desirable but not essential.A basic understanding of steel fixing and concreting practices.You must have your own tools inclusive of a hammer, circular saw, nail bag, level, and tape at the very minimum.BENEFITS The role offers an hourly rate of up to $50-$70 p/h + super.Potential for permanent employment in a leadership role following project completion.Opportunities for career progression with a fast-growing family business.How to Apply Reach out to Fiona Lauder by clicking Apply, including an up-to-date resume in Word format along with a detailed project list.
