Newly created opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to lead our projects to successful completionFull time, permanent opportunity within a growing industryJoin a for-purpose organisation and enjoy being part of a world-class development projectAbout the roleAs the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the commissioning of the St. Clare retirement living precinct.
You will ensure that all systems and components are designed, installed, and tested according to operational requirements.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing commissioning plans, procedures, and protocolsCoordinating and managing commissioning activities, including site inspections, testing, and verificationEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsCollaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise processesPreparing and presenting reports on commissioning progress and outcomesAbout youYou are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach to solving problems and resolving issues.
You have strong attention to detail and your time management and organisation skills are second to none.In addition, you possess the following:Proven experience in commissioning and project managementStrong knowledge of commissioning processes, standards, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWhy VMCH?Because the people we employ make it a great place to work
