In this role, you'll collaborate closely with executive and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored people strategies across your portfolio.
Whether it's guiding leaders on effective workforce planning, coaching for high performance, or identifying proactive solutions to support growth, your expertise will be at the core of meaningful initiatives.
You'll contribute directly to strategic projects that align with our People First Strategy, actively influencing leadership meetings, and partnering with teams to build a culture of continuous learning and development.
Through strong relationships and a shared commitment to excellence, you'll be instrumental in shaping an empowered and resilient workforce at Darling Downs Health.
