Available Locations: Sydney, Australia What You Would Do Here Cloudflare is growing our People team. Our focus is finding the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. As we continue to build out our Business Partner team, we are looking for a trusted business partner who is naturally curious about what we do and driven to help our people thrive.
In this role, you will partner closely with the ANZ leadership team. You will develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintaining open and transparent lines of communication and keeping our teams thriving and well supported.
Moving at our pace brings a lot of change, complexity, and ambiguity—and a little bit of chaos. Cloudflarian's thrive on that and are comfortable being uncomfortable. That means Cloudflare is not the right place for everyone.
Who You Are 10+ years of experience on a People/HR team, with 5+ years as a business partner.Ability to serve as the HR leader for our growing Australia & New Zealand team.Successful history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment.Entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.Experience in large-scale change initiatives.Keen business acumen and a track record of partnering closely with business leaders.Experience building scalable programs from the ground up.Skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing.Generous with your time and maintain trust with all team members.Uncompromising integrity and respect.Enjoy working with people and data.What Makes Cloudflare Special?
