Your role as an Advisor Diversity and Inclusion will include : Support the delivery of the key actions in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and supporting action plans. Coordinate and support the development of Employee Reference Groups and Working Groups. Plan, develop and coordinate diversity and inclusion programs to create meaningful employee experiences. Establish and maintain relationships with community partnerships to support the achievement of representation targets. Regularly track and report on diversity and inclusion data measuring progress against targets.
Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work. Experience : Proven knowledge and ability in developing and administering diversity and inclusion programs. Proven ability to work autonomously, manage project timelines and contribute to continuous learning. Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with members of minoritised communities and offer authentic allyship. Capability to influence a diverse range of internal stakeholders. Proven capacity to influence change in a large and complex organisation.
