Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality service to guests during functions and eventsSet up and break down event spaces according to event requirements Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the event space and service areasCollaborate with the team to ensure smooth event operations Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality, waitstaff, or event service) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required What we offer:
