Senior Fulfilment Coordinator

Job Summary As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our wholesale and online retail customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the fulfilment of customer and distributor orders and assist in packing and shipping them both domestically and internationally.
In addition, you will liaise directly with specified shipping and transport companies to ensure seamless and timely delivery of orders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will focus on efficient and accurate order processing while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams to uphold our high standards of service.
As the senior member of the team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and set the performance and professional standards for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment – including scheduling and prioritising, Final QC, picking, packing, shipping including export paperwork and compliance documentation.
Ensure shipping procedures are followed exactly, especially when dealing with Lithium Batteries shipped as Dangerous Goods.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Liaise with transport companies to coordinate and oversee delivery processes.
Provide shipping information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
Follow up on backorders by monitoring production status.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline order fulfilment.
Update customers on order status and shipment details.
Strive to consistently achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and presentable warehouse environment.
Train and guide new team members when necessary.
Perform other duties as required for the role.
Performance Goals
Ensure all orders: packing, fulfilment and invoicing are processed in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate input and tracking within the warehousing system (Cin7, shopify) Manage the overall fulfilment process for all orders, including training of new staff when necessary.
Deal with customers, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times Ensure the warehouse is clean and presentable at all times.
