Administrative Officer

Part time Position, starting at 16 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday: 9am - 1pm (4 hours) Tuesday: 2pm - 6pm (4 hours) Wednesday: 9am - 1pm (4 hours) Thursday: 2pm - 6pm (4 hours) Total weekly hours: 16 Key Responsibilities: Preparing payslip and expense claim Following up on invoicing, orders and payments Making travel bookings and scheduling meetings Managing stocks, shipments and ordering parts and office supplies Compiling data and preparing reports for managers and executives Assisting with office organisation Office management Liaising with the financial and accounting department with any daily tasks Skills Required: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Good computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills Initiative Self-organised and able to work independently All training provided.
Knowledge of Office suite and utilising shared drives and folders is preferred.
ASAP start.
