About your role Responsible for End User Computing Configuration via MS Intune.
Diagnose and resolve problems across Windows, iOS platforms, as well as their software, hardware, and service product lines.
Repair, install, decommission and configure IT equipment including end user desktops, laptops, printers and network equipment.
Ensure proper documentation and effective use of available IT Record Platforms.
Overseeing the management of Meeting Room Setups to ensure smooth operations.
Day to Day Support of the IT BAU environment will also be performed as required.
Ensuring a positive experience throughout the user lifecycle including efficient resolution of technical issues and timely support for all.
Maintain and record adequate information in the IT Ticketing system.
Performing Day to day operational activities such as data & record maintenance, assisting in the organisation of IT areas, shipping and receiving IT equipment.
What will help you succeed 10 years' experience in an IT support role.
Endpoint Manager – Intune MDM configurations for Apple and Android.
Entra (Advanced Security Knowledge, Identity & Access Management & Information Protection).
Teams - inclusive of Teams Calling.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, IPSec, NAT, VPN, TLS and other network protocols.
Advanced troubleshooting of Windows Servers.
Advanced troubleshooting of Windows Desktop, 10 & 11.
Advanced Understanding of Incident/Service/Problem and Change Management.
IT Security Awareness.
Experiencing in Vendor management including raising Purchase Orders and receiving Invoices.
Excellent stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high-level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
A strong team player, ready to be part of our pack, working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
You will need to have a go-getter and proactive mindset looking to make a genuine difference.
FMCG/Grocery experience is critical and exposure to the pet food category would be advantageous.
Proficient with Office365 Suite.
Bachelor degree, IT Diploma or equivalent professional experience, ITIL Certification, Azure Fundamentals.
