About You…. Friendly, confident and a self-starterCommitted and driven to achieving long-term goalsDesirable knowledge and experience in Facilities Management within a 5-star venueInnate and demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and internal departments to ensure the Centre offers state-of-the-art facilities that provide exceptional experiences to all who attend and visit.Solutions and systems-orientedYour one team approach will nurture a culture of care and collective successPride in your work that clearly shows attention to detail and well-crafted time management skillsAbout the role…. Prepare, develop and implement the Centre's Strategic Asset Management Plan in line with the business planPrepare proposals for capital expenditure and minor works using cost-benefit analysis techniquesCoordinate and oversee contracted works and the engagement of contractors to meet BCEC standards and full compliance with all Local, State and Commonwealth legislative requirements.Ensure all maintenance and building assets meet essential service requirements and all facilities are WH&S compliant.Recruitment and selection for this position to be finalized this year with a commencement date of mid to late January 2025. The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
