ABOUT THE ROLE : Location: Katherine, Northern TerritoryTactical Centre Guards urgently requiredFull Time / Part Time & Casual Opportunities available6 weeks accommodation for eligible candidates3 month deployment opportunities with remote assistance allowance providedPotential DIDO opportunitiesWeekday and weekend shifts availableMultiple sites with significant overtime opportunitiesPotential earnings up to $100,000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings)Level 5 with AllowanceWilson Security is expanding in The Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of the NT.
This growth has created new roles within our Katherine team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risksIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights / Days / Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsDemonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid NT Security LicenseValid Northern Territory Driver's LicenceCrowd Control endorsement will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
