We are excited to partner with an innovative, fast-growing tech company on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Data Engineering to lead their data strategy and engineering teams to new heights.
About the Role: As the Head of Data Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's data strategy and infrastructure.

You will lead a talented team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure that the company's data architecture and platforms are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow the Data Engineering team, creating a culture of collaboration and innovation. Oversee the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses to ensure scalability and performance. Define and execute the company's data strategy in partnership with key stakeholders from Product, Data Science, and IT. Implement best practices for data security, governance, and quality while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Stay at the forefront of technology, driving innovation and implementing modern tools such as cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Spark, Kafka, and more. Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency. About You: Extensive experience in leading and scaling Data Engineering teams within a high-growth, tech-focused environment. Expertise in cloud-based data platforms and technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc. Strong experience with data architecture, data modeling, and implementing scalable ETL pipelines. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices. A passion for leadership, innovation, and delivering results through data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders. Why This Company?
