You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.What You'll BringEducationCurrently studying an MBA at Cambridge Judge or Oxford Saïd Business School with strong academic performanceProfessional Skills3+ years of consulting or industry experience with a proven track record of achievement and high performance in the roles you've heldAbility to think analytically and creatively with excellent quantitative and qualitative problem solving skillsAdopting out of the box thinking and the capability to package complex topics and ideasExcellent communication and client relationship building skillsPersonal AttributesFlexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideasSelf-driven, independent and autonomous judgmentCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeWhat you'll be responsible forData Analysis and Performance Improvement: Analyze clients' business data and develop recommendations for improving their overall performance.Business Model Development and Implementation: Work with clients to develop and implement new business models, processes, and organizational structures.Project Management: Develop project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Skills you'll needCollaboration: Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.Prioritization: Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Critical thinking: Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.
