To be successful in this role you'll have: Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst operating in complex technology environments, ideally delivering large scale transformation projects.
A comprehensive understanding of Software Development, the SDLC and technical concepts.
A high degree of proficiency in Agile ways of working and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Miro and/or Mural and process mapping tools like Draw.io / Visio.
Outstanding documentation and communication skills as well prior experience collaborating with cross functional teams.
Experience working within retail / logistics environments is highly regarded.
