RTL Boulevard is op zoek naar een (freelance) producer om ons gezellige productieteam te versterken.
We zoeken iemand met een flinke dosis humor, iemand die ambitieus is, stevig in zijn / haar schoenen staat en na een korte inwerkperiode volledig mee kan draaien in het productieteam.

In het dynamische productieteam van RTL Boulevard werk je samen met 5 andere producers om de dagelijkse uitzendingen tot in de puntjes te verzorgen.
Je werkt hierbij niet alleen nauw samen met je collega's binnen het productieteam, maar ook heb je veel contact met alle andere collega's binnen RTL Boulevard, zoals (eind)redactie, de graphics afdeling en de online redactie.

Doel van de rol
Wegens uitbreiding van het productieteam zijn wij op zoek naar een (freelance) producer.
In deze functie draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor alle productionele aspecten vóór, tijdens en na de show, waarmee je een cruciale rol speelt in het dagelijkse succes van RTL Boulevard.
Jouw werkdag is geslaagd als je alles op tijd hebt weten te regelen voor de live-uitzending.
Van het aansturen van de cameraploegen overdag tot het regelen van de juiste props in de studio.

Verantwoordelijkheden Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt in de studio.
Uitvoeren van productionele voorbereidingen voor de show.
Opstellen van callsheets.
Coördineren van liveschakelingen.
Bewaken van de planning van de cameraploegen.
Controleren van beeldrechten.

Creativiteit: je bent niet alleen creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen, maar denkt ook graag creatief mee over leuke productionele toevoegingen bij items of projecten.
Flexibiliteit: RTL Boulevard is 7 dagen per week op tv en 24/7 online, dus je bent bereid te werken volgens een flexibel rooster.
Affiniteit met entertainment: je weet wat B&B vol liefde is en wie Suzan en Freek zijn.
Wat bieden wij?
Een marktconform salaris met 25 vakantiedagen op een fulltime dienstverband.
Je krijgt een MacBook in bruikleen en we helpen je met materialen om vanuit huis te werken.
Je krijgt een tegemoetkoming voor de reiskosten.
Als werknemer betaal je 1/3 van de pensioenopbouw, Fremantle betaalt de rest.

1 vrij besteedbare dag per jaar die jij belangrijk vindt (dit kan een dagopleiding zijn, het Suikerfeest, een dag Lowlands.
Een dag die belangrijk is voor jou).

Je kent Fremantle onder andere van RTL Boulevard, The Masked Singer, Heel Holland Bakt, B&B Vol Liefde, Holland's Got Talent, Ex On The Beach, Bureau Arnhem, Dream School, Mocro Maffia, Dirty Lines en Judas II.

Fremantle maakt producties met veel oog voor duurzaamheid en min mogelijk verspilling.
Ons hele kantoor heeft groene energie en alle initiatieven / producties worden gemeten, zodat duidelijk is hoe duurzaam of groen een bepaald proces of productiewijze is.
