HCAU is currently the consulting entity of Hyundai Capital Services Korea within Australia.
We're in the process of establishing a subsidiary in Australia to provide captive-finance services to Hyundai Motor Group (HMG).
HMG is Korea's 2nd largest conglomerate focusing on automobiles, auto parts, finance and more.Hyundai Capital is the financial arm of HMG and the primary goal of its overseas branches is to increase vehicle sales by providing a full spectrum of financial services.
As a Business Manager, you will collaborate with our sales teams to educate customers on HCAU's finance products and services.
Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager, you will get involved early, build a pipeline and manage customer contact up to the point of sale.
This is an extremely rewarding role for those who value great customer service and providing a best-in-class customer journey.What you'll do:Act as the face of our business offering market-leading financial products through one of Australia's largest automotive financiers.Provide an exceptional experience for all customers.Generate new business and secure motor vehicle finance for customers.Work closely with the sales team and play an integral role in maximising vehicle sales.Deal with all customer online financial product enquiries.Prepare financial documents and contracts.Attend regular training to develop your knowledge and keep up to date with relevant industry regulations.Meet set sales targets and various other role related KPIs.A strong track record of success in a target driven performance-based sales role.Exposure in a start-up environment or within Financial Services (Auto Finance) desirable.A strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on working autonomously and as part of a team.Ability and willingness to adapt to different conditions and present to a range of various stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.Report analysis experience with intermediate Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Working knowledge of the finance and motor vehicle industry strongly preferred.Financial Product sales experience, ideally with 3yrs+ in a Business Manager role.Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance (desired, but not essential).A current Driver's License is required for this role.What we offer you :)Competitive base salary & bonus structure.Fully maintained company vehicle & fuel card.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.14 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers.The opportunity to build the company from the ground upA fun and collaborative team with great work life balance.HCAU is an equal opportunity employer.
