Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for:Supporting Unique's customers and clients through all issues relating to the laser cutting and fabrication of their products.Servicing our customer's needs and requests professionally, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.Follow up with customer requests, including quotations, order processing, technical and general queries.Assisting the production, sales, and customer service officers with technical support.About the candidate:Experience in manufacturing with a high degree of experience in drafting for manufacturing processes.An understanding of fabrication processes including laser cutting, folding, welding, and assembly processes.Experience with 3D design packages, preferably Inventor.Experience in sheet metal design.Ability to prepare bills of materials.Preparation of quotes.Good customer focus skills.Liaising with suppliers to source components.Good organisational and team working skills.An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience within the manufacturing industry.Excellent customer service/negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Willing to learn brake press folding software.An understanding of quality management systems.A working experience of MS Office.Benefits$1000 sign-on bonus, payable after successful probation.Competitive salary.Reward and recognition program.Training and ongoing support.Employee assistance program incorporating services like financial counselling and nutritional coaching.Company uniform.Please note that candidates must have Australian work rights and will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.Unique Laser prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.Apply now for your opportunity to join Unique Metals Laser, a growing and successful company.Apply NowYour Name *Email Address *Phone Number *Please Select The Roles Location *Please add the Position Description *MessageUpload Your Resume * Accepted file types: jpg, png, pdf, doc, docx, Max.
