What we'll need you to do:
Thoroughly analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each Franchise Partner, delivering targeted training and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.Assist Franchise Partners in crafting and executing local area marketing strategies to enhance their presence and attract more customers.Provide Franchise Partners with comprehensive CRM training and coaching, empowering them to boost project margins, increase profitability, and achieve greater success.Conduct bi-annual assessments of Franchise Partners' businesses, collaborating on the creation of new financial year business plans and budget forecasts.Cultivate enduring, collaborative relationships with Franchise Partners, built on trust and mutual respect.Develop an in-depth understanding of Plumbing Bros' operations, processes, and systems, to a level where you become the subject matter expert.Who are we looking for?
