Once onsite you are accommodated in a well-established camp that boasts a substantial gym, squash courts, multipurpose court, pool, and modern ensuite rooms with WiFi.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Superintendent – Fixed Plant, the Electrical Supervisor – Fixed Plant is responsible for the hands-on supervision and coordination of the fixed plant electrical activities. The Electrical Supervisor – Fixed Plant is to ensure employees are operating in a safe and productive manner while adhering to all Statutory, Company OHS and Company operational standards. The Electrical Supervisor – Fixed Plant holds a statutory role of Electrical Supervisor as per Mines Regulations.Minimum Requirements:Electrical Trade QualificationMinimum 5 years of Electrical experience on a mine siteHigh Voltage Operator certificateWorking at Heights and Confined Space TicketedHigh level of knowledge in statutory safety and environmental requirements relevant to plant maintenance and classified plantSound understanding of Fixed Plant maintenance principles and their application in practiceSound knowledge of the operation of fixed processing plant equipmentGood level of knowledge in computer literacy, in particular, Pronto and MS OfficeAwareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & RegulationsCurrent LV rescue and CPR certificationA Certificate III or IV in InstrumentationExperience working with a variety of PLC systemsIf you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
