Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Qualified Chefs to join our client located in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
Our Client provides meal and catering services for the airline and passenger rail industries on a wholesale and retail basis.
Positions are for an immediate start with availability on day shifts

To ensure that food preparation is made on time within designated schedulesCheck all materials and foodstuff ensuring that they are used before spoilageKeep all food preparation areas clean at all timesSupervising tasks being performed by Catering Assistants and unqualified chefs in designated sectionMaintain efficient sanitation services, garbage disposal and chilling systems that comply with the regulations and requirements of the Gate Gourmet HACCP planCompile reports and documents as requiredPromote a safe work environment at all times.If you wish to apply to for this job click 'apply' now and upload an up to date resume.
