About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team; together we can build a commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
Responsible for managing the influencer & affiliate products, including but not limited to influencer growth and incubation, partner alliance operation tools, influencer-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing partners and influencers with an easy-to-use operational platform.Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 3+ years of creator related product management experience.Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a solid product thinking framework.Skilled in cross-department communication and collaboration, with strong resilience and a sense of ownership.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing large-scale projects is preferred.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
