A well-growing Saa S company is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Technical Product Manager.
16th October, 2024 Senior Product Manager - Sydney A well-established Saa S scale-up is looking to add to their product leadership team as they go through a full replatforming of their core product.
This is a Sydney-based role with a minimum of 3 days in the office, but there is also flexibility afforded as required.
There are teams in Australia, UK, and India.
This is a senior role where you will be owning the product end-to-end, heavily involved through all parts of the project and coordinating resources whilst having your sleeves rolled up and helping execute as well.
There is a current Head of Product whom you will work closely with; there is a strong likelihood of growing into a Head of Product role in the future as they will move on post the replatforming.
Any experience of running a similar project in a Saa S business where you have successfully replatformed a product from a legacy environment to a modern cloud/microservice would be desirable.
This is a scale-up environment where maturity and processes are an ongoing journey, and you must be comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and take initiative.
The role: Translate requirements into technical specs and create detailed stories Responsible for the end-to-end stability and performance of the product Maintaining a prioritized backlog Working with onshore/offshore engineers on delivery Working with onshore/offshore QA to facilitate testing Ensuring quality and timely delivery Collaborate with tech teams Manage and call out tech risks Drive process, system, and product improvement About Allura Partners Allura Partners was founded to support private equity firms by placing C-Suites to lead, transform, and scale portfolio companies.
