North Lane have been exclusively engaged to source a Senior Project Manager for one of WA's fastest growing, diversified and multi-disciplined contractors.
Based in Perth, this role will oversee several projects (and Project Managers) with typical values between $10-$50m.
Project types vary in delivery; however, primary focuses are in and around civil infrastructure works which may include earthworks, concrete, roads, NPI, pipelines and water infrastructure.
A strategic hire, our client is looking to engage this role as a future Operations Manager with the expectation this person will move into this role in the next 12-24 months.
Critical to this role will be the leading of teams and people with a focus on developing the businesses next emerging Project Managers (with some highly regarded Senior PE's in the business likely to make the next step in the next 1-3 years).
You'll oversee and support various work winning and project start-up activities, in project delivery and project close out.

You will ideally also have:
Background within the civil/infrastructure/resources sector backed by formal qualifications in engineeringExperience with previous resource construction projects is highly regarded (BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto)Experience influencing and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve outcomesAbility to lead teams and bring people together to develop a culture of high performanceApply online today.
