The role: ACH Group has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our passionate Health Services team in the Southwest region of SA.

Work alongside other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers, Allied Health Assistants and many other health professionals to help our customers maximise their function and live 'Good Lives.' Full-time roles preferred, but part-time roles are also available.
What you'll do: Providing clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across a broad range of individual and multiple complex conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation.Work with the multidisciplinary team to drive our reablement program and promote an active ageing approach.Support the development and promotion of new services.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and Allied Health professionals to support customers to achieve their goals.Support quality and continuous improvement activities to assist in the achievement of strategic business goals.About you Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.A passion for enhancing the health and wellness of customers through holistic assessment and provision of services.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.Intermediate computer skills (online booking and clinical document system, ability to use all Microsoft suite).A registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third-party property damage insurance.Experience in aged care work desirable.You will need: A satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.If you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you: Career development with in-house upskilling, regular supervision catchups and external learning opportunities.Friendly and inclusive culture, supporting diversity and employee wellbeing.Salary packaging to maximise your take home pay.Professional development opportunities and funding.Financial advice for HESTA members, our preferred superannuation supplier.Wellbeing program including free employee assistance program.Recognition program acknowledging significant contributions.Discounted Corporate Membership – Health Insurance – BUPA.Health services programs provided in a variety of settings- in clinics, community centres, in-home, residential.ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
