About Stepz Fitness Penrith:
Stepz Fitness Penrith is a state-of-the-art fitness facility that opened just over two years ago.
It is established on a hybrid model which mixes 24/7 gym access with functional training classes.
We also have an in-house Exercise physiotherapist and nutritionist, meaning we offer a holistic approach to health for our members.
We are proud of the culture we have built for our FitFam including both the staff and members at Stepz and value our local community feel.
We are excited that Stepz Fitness Penrith is looking for a Club Manager to join the team
To be successful in this role, you will be enthusiastic and passionate about what you do.
You will help us to leverage our current community and grow our membership base, whilst helping to lead the team to deliver nothing short of amazing classes, 1-1 sessions and floor time so our members' experience is second to none.
What we'll offer you: Flexibility and autonomy in your role The opportunity to inspire, motivate and help change members' lives You will work in a fun, vibrant, team culture Excellent opportunities to advance your career A free membership with great staff discounts Innovative and forward-thinking environment Key Responsibilities: Generating new leads Servicing potential and new members Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members Meeting targets and continually striving to improve The successful candidate will need: Excellent customer service The drive to grow and develop both professionally and personally Self-motivated and willing to listen and learn Proactive and willing to offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management team Strong leadership skills Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others Strong sales skills are essential Solution focused and creative approach to strategy development Qualifications required: First Aid and CPR Certificate III & IV in Fitness (preferable) Ability to work legally in Australia Apply now
