Part of the group, our two construction divisions, Robert Plumb Build - a premium residential building company working across Sydney and throughout NSW, and Robert Plumb Fix - a premium building company specialising in additions and alterations, are looking to expand their teams with experienced Site Foremen and Site Managers to work on upcoming projects across Sydney.

We collaborate with some of Australia's leading architects and interior designers to create notable, award-winning houses, that are beautiful in design and meticulous in structure.

About the roleOur Site Foremen are integral in the successful delivery and completion of each project.
Leading a team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Sub-contractors, these roles are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, site set out, and all associated management requirements for each site.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership of on-site teamInterpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of worksGood understanding of project timing and the impact of other tradesCustom interior / exterior fit outsBespoke and detailed joineryOrganising and managing other trades on-siteSupport and development of ApprenticesResponsible and champion for workplace health and safetyGeneral building and carpentry workStrong advocate for professionalism and Company brandAbout youSignificant experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager working on high-end residential buildsMeticulous eye for detailHigh-quality workmanshipTeam playerStrong communication skillsExcellent organisational and planning skillsGood IT skills with experience in construction management softwareQualifications / CertificatesCert IV Construction Management or Diploma (preferable)Cert III CarpentryWhite cardBenefitsRewarding high-end projectsFantastic team environmentOpportunities for developmentExcellent remuneration packageIf you are interested in this role, please apply now including your resume and cover letter.
