They have a strong focus on customer experience, and they are genuinely a household name across Australia.
They are actively recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join their Sydney team on a full time, permanent basis.
You will spend most of your time meeting with your key accounts and working from a home office.The RoleReporting to the Director your duties will include:Partnering with business owners to provide advice and support on promoting products within the storesBuilding and developing relationships of the highest integrity with the company stores, independent retailers and national accountsEnsuring that stores are achieving profitability targets by providing holistic advice on product promotionDelivering strategic plans and budgets, achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the NSW & ACT marketsConducting training with teams to ensure they thoroughly understand the product range and can provide outstanding customer serviceResponding to general calls and queries from Managers and Business Owners and provide advice on operational store mattersEnsuring that all stores in your portfolio are provided with exceptional customer service and feel well supported with prompt responses and assistanceAbout YouYou'll be a people focused manager with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders quickly.
Your understanding of the retail sector and your strong business partnering skill set will be well developed and you'll be able to gain credibility effectively and efficiently.
You'll be values driven and you'll enjoy working with businesses to achieve excellent results.
You'll have exceptional time management skills and you'll be able to manage competing priorities with ease.
