Role: Sydney based hybrid working from our Macquarie Park office, the Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing agreed critical marketing initiatives, brand awareness and improved customer experience facilitating customer retention and incremental sales revenues across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and execute local marketing activities Liaise with sales to support growth and customer lead generation campaigns Support the sales funnel with trade activities Be a brand ambassador to ensure material/brand messaging are accordingly to brand guidelines Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing and or, minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns Skilled at working with agencies to deliver insight Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales and operations to assist in driving revenue Strong influencing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Knowledge: Aptitude with data to measure, evaluate, and refine marketing activities Experience with 3rd party marketing agencies, graphic designers, and events/trade show organizers preferred Salesforce and marketing automation knowledge Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a channel focused B2 B market Knowledge of IT/communications/Technology preferred but not essential Aptitude to learn from and to teach best business practices Team player We are offering: Competitive salary + Super ( 4 days/week) 1-2 days in the office & 2-3 days from home Work-life balance & fresh fruits, bread, coffee, tea, and snacks provided in the office Opportunity to travel interstate & internationally "My Reward" program benefits.
