About your new roleAs a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts on behalf of our clients.
With a flexible approach, you'll negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers' circumstances.

Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industriesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Persistence and resilience to have challenging conversationsAbility to negotiate will be highly desirableShare a passion for results and a target driven environmentA natural problem solver and solution providerBasic computer literacy skillsA desire to learn and take on feedbackEssential CriteriaTo service our operational hours, the role has a fortnightly rotational roster as follows:
