As a Children's Mental Health Clinician within the YES program, you will: Provide comprehensive case management, psychological therapy, and group work to children and their families, focusing on emotional regulation, impulse control, and interpersonal skills Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health support across individual, group, and family contexts Conduct holistic assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage transitions in care Participate in case reviews, care planning, and integrated treatment delivery, working collaboratively with other care agencies, educators, and interagency networks Develop and deliver culturally appropriate services, fostering strong relationships with health and welfare agencies and the wider community Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance service provision and outcomes for children and young people To view a copy of the full Position Description, click here.

The alliance offers a range of services under the Primary Mental Health Program (PMHP), including Healthy Minds, the Mental Health Nursing Incentive Program, Youth Enhanced Services (YES), Suicide Prevention, Counselling Support, and Low Intensity Mental Health programs.
