Our venue is a vibrant space where food, drinks, music, culture, and creativity blend.
We celebrate high-quality Italo food, craft beers, cocktails, and minimal intervention wines, and we're proud to hold 2 stars in the WAGFG Top 100.
As we continue to grow, we're searching for a passionate leader who can bring their personality to our offerings and help shape the future of our kitchen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established chef looking to elevate their career and be part of the team behind Si Paradiso, El Grotto, and Found.
Our venue operates Wednesday to Sunday dinners and weekend lunches, and we prioritise a healthy work-life balance for all our team members.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
Strong leadership and management skills A passion for food, people, and delivering memorable experiences The ability to nurture talent, build team culture, and foster development Experience working with high-quality produce and building supplier relationships A head chef with pride in their craft, and who's ready to leave their mark If our mission resonates with you we'd love to talk
